maigo is built and run by one person. there’s no legal team, no data broker deals, no ad network. just a straightforward read on what’s collected and why.
account info (email, name, company if given), the emails sent to your test domains and inboxes, and basic usage logs (api calls, timestamps) needed to run the service and debug issues.
to deliver and display your test emails, keep the service running, respond to support requests, and nothing else. no selling, renting, or sharing of your data with third parties for marketing.
test emails are retained per your plan’s retention window, then deleted. account data is kept while your account is active and removed on request.
data is stored with standard cloud providers, encrypted in transit. maigo is soc2-ready in practice but not yet formally certified. happy to walk through the setup if you need specifics for a security review.
